Change is Good, so is Color!

I look at a lot of houses, daily. If you too have been looking at houses lately, either comparing what you have now with what is for sale, or looking for that next house, you have certainly noticed the trend of “white washing” every room. As with any trend or fad, this pattern will likely run its course and we will once again find color on the walls. In the meantime, this trend is what the market expects, and you should too.
If you are preparing to sell your home, the color palette you need to embrace is white. And within this embrace, you are practicing “letting go” and in doing so, it should matter more that the colors are appealing to the buyer’s than your own preference.
Not every bit of color needs to be banished, which should bring some joy…
